Interior remodel of an existing office building converted into a physical therapy center. Work involved installation of several therapy rooms, upgraded restrooms, showers, laundry area and private rehab suites.
Smet worked diligently to bring this project within budget. Even though the project involved several scope changes we succeeded in keeping the project in line with the budget.
