Green Bay Packaging’s 44,914 square foot hangar building is nothing short of first class. It consists of a 25,331 square foot hangar area for storage of two planes, 6,217 square feet of maintenance and parking garages, 6,213 square feet of offices on the first floor and 5,258 square feet of space on the second floor for future offices and includes 510 square feet of an outdoor patio on the second floor. The hangar area is fully air conditioned with radiant floor heat on the interior and snow melt on the exterior. The remainder of the building is also radiant floor heat with multiple zones for maximum comfort. All office area that faces the hangar has expansive windows for view of the planes. The hangar door is 200’ long x 28’ tall and has multiple positions. The hangar floor and 40,000 square feet of exterior concrete is 9” thick with double matts of rebar 12” on center both ways.
