General Electric:

This project was constructed to house General Electric's Oil & Gas Compressor Plant. C.S. Smet Construction provided full services to General Electric for this 151,000 square foot project including land acquistion, plans, permits, engineering, financing, machinery foundations, equipment moving and construction of the new assembly bay, which houses a 100 ton overhead crane. The project delivery was the fast-track, design/build method which resulted in the project being completed two weeks prior to the scheduled completion date.
