The coordinator advised us on the status of everything at our weekly on site meetings. 9/7/05 In the 5,000 square foot project that we did within the walls of the Nicolet Condominiums, one can find tremendous evidence of integrity, dedication, perserverance, perfection, precision and workmanship imaginable in a project so new to concept in the Green Bay area. Bi-Centennial Park is a primary goal for the De Pere Main Street Program in keeping De Pere beautiful. We are pleased with our new building. From the experience we had working with the project manager and superintendent to the day-to-day duties as well as the sub-contractors, it all came together on time and on budget! Mike Borman did an excellent job with the buildout of Cousins/Figaro's in Pulaski. He communicated very well as to what was happening each day and also when things were going to occurr in the future. We had many changes during the project and he handled them professionally. He cooridinated what was to be done and completed everything on schedule. It is because of Mike that our buildout was completed on time and there is quality workmanship. We would highly recommend Mike to oversee any project for Smet and hope that when we do further projects with Smet he will be the lead person. Jacobs Engineering: Smet Construction did a great job on my last tenant build out at 1088 Springhurst Drive in Green Bay. Smet delivered the 30,000 square foot of tenant improvement in 45 days to accomodate a March 1, 2007 tenant move in date for Jacobs Engineering. Not only was the job done timely but it was done right and at the end of the day my customer was happy!

I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Smet Construction Services. I have had to the opportunity to work with Scott Smet and his staff on a number of projects over the past several years. More specifically with project managers Tony Le Comte and Joash Smits along with construction superintendent Bob Kiel. We have found all of them to be competent and very attentive to their clients. When change issues arose, they were handled professionally and at fair prices. The joint clients we have had have all been pleased with their projects. Of special note is a project completed in early 2007 involving the construction of a new 20 bed CBRF addtition to Bornemann's Nursing Home on Green Bay's east side. The project came together perfectly and is considered by many to be among the best facilities of its type in the region. Finally, perhaps the best recommendation I can make is by putting my money on the comapny I am referencing. We a Millennium have done just that with Smet currenlty doing a build-out for our new offices in downtown Green Bay. The Trek Bicycle Store of Wausau was on a very tight timeline. We took ownership of the building on December 29, 2007. Smet obtained all permits, gutted and remodeled the interior and exterior and we were open for business March 17th 2008. Stacie and I will work with Smet on our next commercial project.
