Repeat customer Fox Communities Credit Union understands the importance of continuity of keeping the same design and build team for multiple projects. The Smet Advantage has provided Fox Communities Credit Union a smooth construction process  and reduced significantly the stress of construction to owner.

• This fast paced project was completed in just 10 weeks and on time despite multiple owner directed change orders.
• There were up to 55 fieldsmen working within the 16,062 square foot facility at one time and the customer also conducted tours throughout the build.
• The demo and interior remodel consisted of  safely removing multiple types of materials including asbestos, block walls, poured concrete walls, concrete floors and MEP equipment and fixtures and then constructing labs, toilet rooms and office space with reinforced walls and deck to support new and / or additional loads.

This new branch for a repeat customer replaces an outdated facility and is more user-friendly in its floor plan and teller stations. The customer service area is a popular feature where customers can come in and have access to Wi-Fi and refreshments. A special spot for kids to watch videos is also available.
