This 8,800 square foot restaurant is designed with large dining area windows and a 7,700 square foot patio bar area which allow for a beautiful view of the Fox River and comfortable outdoor dining.

The Supple Restaurant Management Group out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, came to the Boardwalk Development Group with interest in building a restaurant on the River Marina in the development. The group’s idea was to build something unique  – and boy did they ever! From the airplane, boat and railroad car hanging from the ceiling to the stuctures unique lines. The Smet Advantage on this project took “turnkey” construction to a new level.  Not only did Smet provide all of it’s development, design and construction services but we also provided everything from the chairs, tables, knives, forks, spoons and napkins to the wine for the wine racks; all as part of our “complete” package.

• This 1,915 square foot frozen yogurt bar was constructed  in approximately 4 weeks.
• Cherry Berry has (7) frozen yogurt machines supplying (14) different yogurt flavors.  There  are over 50 different toppings to choose from.
• The franchise  is decorated in bright colors and modern furniture.

• This 5,400 square foot restaurant space is home to Kavarna Coffeehouse on the right side and Parisi’s Delicatessen on the left and features a full kitchen in the center.
• The store is three tiered with counter space in the front with seating, a mid level with seating, as well as space to setup for live music and also a private party area in the lowest level.
• It is an open concept with a cloud ceiling over the counter only; and exposed trusses throughout the other areas.
• To give it an aged look the owners chose to utilize the  brick wall of the original structure and as well as its old-time doors and windows.

Smet’s ability to design, build, and lease to national accounts made us the logical choice for several Arby’s locations in Northeast Wisconsin.

This project converted a former bank into an ice cream store. The project involved constructing kitchen areas, a drive-thru, and special eating areas for kids, families and elderly customers. A special epoxy floor was installed to accommodate the hard spills and stains that ice cream stores are known for. Special attention was paid to the conversion, so much so, that customers can’t tell the building ever was a former bank.

In this project, the epoxy floor installation and attention to details, specifically the color scheme picked out by Smet’s interior designer made the Smet difference. We brought experience and attention to detail to forbear on the project.

Anduzzi’s Sports Club was completed in November 2014. The building is 9,472 square feet with a covered patio of 2,197 square feet.

The Sports Club features a dining area with a fireplace, a private banquet room with bar area and a game room for children and adults. The covered patio features an outside bar, dining area, fire pit and patio heater. Total seating capacity is 382.

Site conditions were challenging with a wet spring with delivery schedule behind. However, the Smet team pulled together and delivered a great project for this “three-peat” customer in time for majority of football season.

Anduzzi’s was completed in March 2016. The building is 12,534 SF. The sports restaurant features a dining area with a fireplace, a banquet room with separate bar, and a game room for all members of the family. The covered patio features an outside bar, dining area, fire pit, and outdoor heaters.

This project was fast-tracked due to the need to be open for the annual NCAA March Madness basketball event. The Smet team made it happen with quality subs who worked together to make the opening deadline, one week before “Bracket Sunday” making this four-time customer happy.
