Design/Build a new 129,666 square foot steel fabrication facility.

The building is designed for four separate crane bays.
There are nine overhead cranes in the facility.
The construction of this facility included coordinating the installation of a State of the Art blast & prime line as well as a seam welder imported in parts from Italy.
The construction of this facility included coordinating moving & installing equipment & machines from the existing steel. fabrication facility into the new fabrication building with no production lost.
The construction of this facility included coordinating the extension of a rail spur into the building to facilitate delivery of steel by rail.
