This 26,000 SF project was completed at a cost of $2.1 million dollars with a construction time of approximately 4 months.
The regulatory environment associated with assisted living projects and the ability of Smet to professionally navigate its customers through that process wasn’t the only advantage to having Smet exclusively build the new Autumn’s Promise Assisted Living center. The customer was in need of financing also and Smet stepped in to lease the building to Autumn’s Promise. At that point all of our pre-construction services go into action working together exclusively with the customer. Site selection, financing/leasing, procuring governmental incentives, design services, estimating, value engineering, construction and building commissioning to name a few are items all handled by Smet on behalf of the customer, giving Autumn’s Promise the “Smet Advantage”!
