A 5,000 square foot display and educational facility addition located behind and connected to the George E. Hall Annex.
The new facility allows the historical society to feature additional restored historical vehicles and to hold tourism-related events appealing to car enthusiasts and bus travelers. The facility contains a gathering space including a kitchen and meeting area and restrooms for tourists.
Smet was the selected contractor because we asked questions that others didn’t ask and we presented scenarios and possibilities that were thought through. We tailored the project specific to this customer’s needs and provided needed direction to a project that had bogged down.
