This building is located in the Larsen Green Development, at the corner of Broadway and Dousman Streets in Downtown Green Bay, and is the first building in the Planned Urban Commercial Development (PUCD).
The third floor is owned by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and is occupied by the Chamber and Evans Title. Smet owns the first and second floors. Smet, First Business Bank and the GSA occupy the 2nd floor. Peterson, Berk & Cross and Futurity First are located on the first floor.
